ORDERS: We accept online orders only, no phone orders or local pickups will be accepted!
Your completed order request will be confirmed by an e-mail. Please pay attention to give your right e-mail address.
LANGUAGE: With placing your order you accept that adwashop.com supplies the ordered products with documents written in English language (including the instruction manuals).
PAYMENTS
* We accept orders online only, no phone orders.
* Please make your online order by completely filling all relevant data fields. Successfully filled online order will present you the exact amount to be paid.
* Your completed order request will be confirmed by an e-mail with a Proforma Invoice (PI) attached that contains the details you need to make the payment (bank account number; PayPal address; etc.) and the Proforma Invoice number which you have to write in the announcement row.

* Intermediate bank charges have to be paid by the buyer.
* Currency of the payment: in HUF or in EURO - you can select during the online order.
* EURO-HUF rate is always the actual ECB rate.
CUSTOMS TAXES:
* The buyer is responsible for customs import tax (outside the EU). We do not mark the package as "GIFT".
VAT:
* For the EU countries (except Hungary) if you are company with a valid EU conform VAT number - and indicate it exactly in your online data - you will be not charged with VAT.
* In case of exportation outside the EU you are free of VAT charge.
* Otherwise the VAT is 27% and will be automatically charged by the online order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
* In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days, backordered items will be shipped within 3 weeks.
If the item is not in stock and delivery is not possible within 3 days, the buyer will be informed by e-mail. In this case the buyer can cancel the order.
* We ship out the goods only after we received the full amount of the PI.
* Shipping is done with parcel services: DHL, GLS, FedEx or TNT.
**SHIPPING and HANDLING FEES:
Shipping is NOT Free.
In case of completely filled online order you will see the full amount - including all charges, the shipping and handling fees too.
Return / Exchange / Cancellation Policies:
* Any Package returned without an assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the delivery package will be refused, Adwashop will not responsible for its return. Please e-mail us for the RMA number before you sent your return package.
You may return the item back in brand new condition, unopened, untested and in the original box for a refund (or an exchange for the same item) within EIGHT (8) days after the delivery date (please check out the none-returnable items listed below). Please include all original packaging material and a copy of the packing slip. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
We will check all returned items for physical damage/misuse/missing parts and then send the refund/replacement accordingly.
Refunds will be issued less the amount of shipping paid and any processing fees (8,00 EUR minimum).
A 25% Restocking Fee will be charged for new items returned. We check each new item returned carefully before we put it back in stock.
A 25% Cancellation Fee will be charged for all cancellations of drop shipped/special ordered items.
NO EXCHANGES for different items will be allowed. The buyer will need to buy new items due to sales and tax records.
Warranty:
Adwa warrants their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship as stated in the operating manual. If repair or adjustment is necessary and has not been the result of abuse, misuse or improper handling within the warranty period, please contact Adwashop for the RMA number to put on the outside of your package. (Please be sure you declare the unit as broken/defective at EURO 1.00 value). Warranted service will be made without charge.
Meters are warranted for a period of 2 years. The AD100 and AD101 pH pens have a 1 year warranty.
All probes (supplied with meters, replaceable sensors as parts of meters or probes as stand-alone products) are warranted for 6 months (unless otherwise specified).
The warranty period commences from the original date of sale.
Warranty is only valid when the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with the instruction manual.
The warranty is void if the instrument is repaired or serviced by unauthorized personnel, not used in accordance to the instructions, or if non-Adwa accessories such as buffer solutions, probes, etc. are used in conjunction with the meter. Adwa will not be held responsible for any accident whether directly or indirectly, caused by the use of the instrument.
The buyers are responsible for international shipping/returning/handling fees.
AC VOLTAGES:
The 230V/AC is the default voltage for all items.
