Application of Google Analytics

Considering the Section 13/A (3) of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services and the Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on detailed rules for business-to-consumer contracts, the purchase at the webshop managed by ADWA HUNGARY Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft constitutes a contract between the User and ADWA HUNGARY Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft.

Related on Section 13/A (3) of Act CVIII of 2001 ADWA HUNGARY Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft can manage the identification and registration address of the customer of the webshop to create, specify and modify the content, to monitor the performance of the service, to bill the charges and to enforce related claims of the contract of electronic commerce services and information society services, furthermore can manage the telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number and online identifier for the purpose of consent.

Related on Section 13/A (3) of Act CVIII of 2001 ADWA HUNGARY Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft can manage personal identification information, address, and data on the time, duration and location related to the the information society services, with the purpose of billing.

Data management to ensure compliance with tax and accounting obligations

To fulfill its legal obligation, ADWA HUNGARY Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. manages the statutory data of natural persons who are in contact with the company for performance the statutory tax and accounting obligations (accounting, taxation).

The data processed pursuant to the § 169 and the § 202 of the Act CXXVII of 2017 on General Sales Tax, especially:

Pursuant to the Paragraph (1) and (3) of § 169 of the Act C of 2000 on Accounting, the Data Processor – in general – must keep the report from the business year, the business report, also the supporting inventory, evaluation, ledger extract, logbook and other records complyig with the low in legible form for at least 8 (eight) years.

The accounting document, that is directly and indirectly supporting the bookkeeping accounts (including general ledger accounts, analytical and detail records), must be kept as readable form, and based on the accounting records references in a retrievable method for at least eight (8) years.
